Initial Consultation

You share your ideas and we establish your goals. Do you plan on using your website as a lead generation tool? Do you plan on using your website as an informational tool? Is this an online tool for your clients? Do you plan on selling your products and services on the Internet?

After you are confident we have addressed all your ideas and requirements, we'll give you specific recommendations for your consideration. There are many different ways and options to meet your specific needs. We explain these options including price quotes. Once you decide on a solution, you'll receive a formal proposal including a plan of action, , prices and payment options.

Design Development

The process begins by you describing a design concept for your website. We ask you to provide examples of websites that appeal to you and apply to your business model. We look at the individual components of the sites you like to come up with a design that will work for you. Once completed we will create a "mockup" of what your website could look. At this stage, you and the designer will work closely to develop a look that will be both visually pleasing and user-friendly.

Design Selection & Finalization

After the initial "Mockup" is designed, you will have a chance to review it and suggest changes.  We will continue to work with you until the product meets your specifications. 

Content Provisioning

To eliminate any unnecessary delays, we recommend that you have the majority of your copy, or text, written during the design stage. You should also provide us with any images you will want to use. Acrile Technologies offers copywriting services, photography, and image creation if needed.

Web Development

After receiving your final approval on the "mockup", we will begin building the website, databases, scripts, images, and individual pages by incorporating the design from the mockup and the content that you provide.

Pre-launch Evaluation / Beta Testing

After the site is built, you will be able to view a fully functional demonstration version to make sure it meets the standards of your business. 

Launching Your Website

After final approval and payment has been received, your website will be published on your domain and turned over to you.

Ongoing Support

Once the website is launched, it will be submitted to search engines so people can find your business on the web. After the release of your website, we will work with you to establish a regular review and maintenance schedule to accommodate your requests, user feedback, system upgrades, site statistics, and any new emerging web technologies.
